We’re fully in the swing of things now aren’t we!? Episode 3 is upon us and it’s not only our first all-female room, it’s also the first episode where Holly ran the sound (heaven help us all).

We were joined this week by Sam Elson, better known on Instagram as blossomandbuttercups. Sam is a vintage model and mental health blogger who shared her experience living with borderline personality disorder. We chatted about ways to manage your mental health, the power of asking for help and of course…doggies!

If you’ve been affected by any of the issues we spoke about on the podcast, we recommend reaching out. If you don’t feel ready to talk to family, friends or your GP, Samaritans has a free service. Call 116 123 and talk to a trained volunteer. You don’t have to give your real name or any personal information if you don’t want to. They’re always here to help.

If you enjoyed the podcast, make sure to rate and subscribe on whatever podcast platform (*cough* apple podcasts *cough*) you use and you’ll be the first to get new episodes every week (as well as bonus content and related articles on this very site!).

We’re a tiny little company (one editor and a couple of contributors) so word of mouth is super important! Follow the podcast on Twitter and Instagram, drop us an email at ourteamq@gmail.com and if you’re interested in the other work we do on this site, why not follow TheQ too!?
